Getting Back to the Basics: Mila Vs Chia

chia pet picAs you know, chia truly is a miracle seed. And if you don’t know, you can read more about it in  my previous blog post.

It’s an amazing plant-based superfood and a total nutrition powerhouse. And while the mention of chia may merely conjur up images of terra cotta animals sprouting weedy-looking vegetation via 1985, chia is SO much more. It offers incredible amounts of Omega 3’s, Fiber, Protein, Phytonutrients, and antioxidants.

But what many people may not know yet is that the best way to consume chia is by eating Mila.

Mila Vs Chia: So What is Mila?

How’s this metaphor for you…if chia is a vehicle that delivers amazing nutrition to your body, Mila is the supertanker delivering your body obscene amounts of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in a wholesome, plant-based biodiesel fuel sort of way.

Mila is an exclusive proprietary blend of the world’s finest and most potent strains of chia and is the most nutrient-dense blend of chia available on planet Earth. It’s a whole raw food and a natural plant-based source of Omega 3′s, antioxidants, phytonutrients, protein, fiber, calcium and so much more. It is also non-GMO, gluten-free, trans-fat free, and sugar free.

As if that wasn’t enough, Mila is micro-sliced for greater bioavailability than whole seeds or other cheaper chia seed brands you can purchase at the store and yes, that includes seeds that can be found at reputable, organic markets like Whole Foods. Just because you buy it at the organic store doesn’t make it the best.

Here’s some interesting info for you…

Mila has:

6x more calcium than milk

3x more iron than spinach

2x more fiber than bran flakes

15x more magnesium than broccoli

5x more protein than kidney beans

4x more selenium than flax seed

9x more phosphorus than milk

2x more potassium than bananas

8x more omega 3′s than wild salmon

Mila is a superfood that delivers clean energy, health, and nutrition more effectively than any other form of chia available.

So here’s the million dollar question…what makes Mila better than the $10 bag of chia you can easily find at your local grocery store?

I’m glad you asked!

Mila vs Chia: The Difference Between Mila and Other Cheaper Brands is Quality

The chia found in Mila is carefully selected from different providers and are chosen based on factors such as seed maturity (which directly affects levels of Omega-3’s), climate, soil, and time of harvest. Once it’s harvested, the seed batches are analyzed by independent labs in order to create a proprietary blend. The seeds are then cleaned and opened using a proprietary cold-fracture system. The seeds are mechanically opened (or micro-sliced) without increasing temperatures which causes unwanted oxidation to the seeds. This process increases bioavailability, which means your body will get more nutrient absorption from Mila.  This process also ensures that Mila maintains a very palatable and tasty consistency.

It’s an exclusive scientific blend of the finest and most potent strains of chia, grown to Genesis Pure’s exact specifications. Cheaper brands that can be found on store shelves near you merely consist of the rejected seeds that Genesis Pure won’t take.

Sounds a bit harsh but it’s true.

To make sure that your body is receiving everything it can from Mila, Genesis Pure expertly blends different strains of chia so that each bag has as many nutrients as possible. They know that to have the maximum impact, they can only include the best chia seeds.

Despite the obvious differences between Mila and chia, Mila is not for everybody.

Per bag, Mila has a higher price point at $45 per bag. However, because of its quality, it takes less Mila to achieve incredible results.  Enjoying the amazing benefits of Mila costs about $1.50 per day.

Still many believe that standard chia is good enough, which is absolutely fine. But if you’re serious about your health and expect only the best when it comes to health, endurance, pain control, and disease prevention it only makes sense to consider consuming the highest quality chia product on the market today, and that’s Mila.

It is a premium chia blend that offers the finest variants and most potent strains of chia available and is created by Genesis Pure. Genesis Pure is a reputable network healing company that has chosen network marketing as the vehicle through which to share this amazing and life-changing product with the world. A business model that involves sharing, discussing, and collaboration of like-minded individuals, Genesis Pure is promoting health, wellness, love, and wealth throughout the world.

Mila vs Chia: Try It Yourself

If you’re unsure about Mila and if it really provides the unparalleled health benefits touted by Genesis Pure distributors worldwide, the only way to make an educated decision is by trying it yourself. Eat a scoop a day, every day until you have finished a 16 oz bag and compare it to how you feel after eating a month’s supply of cheap chia.

Put it to the test and discover for yourself…..Mila is the best and most nutritious chia blend available.

I am definitely a chia and mila lover! I made the switch from organic, bulk bin chia after being sent a sample bag from my mom’s neurology NP (my mom has MS). I noticed better energy and better digestion and it helped me kick antidepressants to the curb. Everyone knows pills aren’t the answer – especially with all the side effects. Much better to eat a whole, raw food!
